Below you will find our complete schedule.

And as always if you have additional questions or comments, please don’t hesitate to contact irwinstreetcooks@gmail.com

YES, our classes are BYOB as long as you are of legal drinking age.  So, feel free to bring a bottle of wine to enjoy in class.  We’ll have the glasses and the corkscrew!

Parties of Five People or More – please contact us at IrwinStreetCooks@gmail.com, and we can arrange a class just for you.  These are Public Classes, and we’ve found that large groups affect the class dynamic.  We would prefer to arrange a class just for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Our Classes are not appropriate for children, and we will not admit any children to the classroom unless the class is specifically designed for children (for instance, our Play With Your Food classes, and even then they must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult). In some classes, we can allow ages 16+ with PRIOR Instructor’s Approval.

VERY IMPORTANT:
Please advise of any allergies or aversions *before* you register (email to IrwinStreetCooks@gmail.com). We need to prepare accordingly, for special dietary needs. And, in certain cases, your class might not be appropriate for your specific needs. Without advance notice, you may be asked to leave class and reschedule for a later date.

Please be on time.  We try to start our classes when we promise.  You will miss vital information if you are even ten minutes late.

Safety is important to us, and we want to make sure you are safe when you attend classes at The Cooking School at Irwin Street.  Please wear close-toed shoes to protect your feet.  If your hair is long, please bring along a method to secure it.  Leave your faceted rings at home or be prepared to take them off and stow them safely while you are in class.  Many classes are BYOB, although classes such as Knife Skills will reserve opening those bottles until the end of class.  Thank you for taking the time to help us keep our kitchen, staff and students safe!

Transactions are non-refundable.  Cancellations received 48-hours prior to your scheduled class may be used toward another class or service offered by The Cooking School at Irwin Street.  No-Shows or Cancellations received less than 48-hours prior to your scheduled class will be forfeited.  Private classes and events must be cancelled 30 days prior to event date.
