Our dear Chef Shelley Chapman has moved on to the Big Apple but she has left behind her legacy with her amazing recipe collection now available in Kindle addition. Shelley was a wonderful addition to the Cooking School at Irwin Street where she taught her Tantric Taste and Global Flexitarian classes for many happy students.
Our cooking classes at The Cooking Schools have something for everybody to learn. Each class is different, but one thing is the same – you will participate in creating a family-style meal. Then, at the end of the class, you will sit down as a group to enjoy the meal you created together. Its as much of a social experience, as a learning experience.
