In the School this Week!


Also this Sunday and every Sunday Chef Hopeton’s cooking class ‘CULINARY ARTS AND EXCELLENCE’ continues at the Cooking School at Irwin Street. In the New year Volume II begins with a slightly more advanced class. Last year we learned the basic techniques ( braising, poaching, knife skills and such) we continue with those techniques but with more complicated recipes.
This week we will be cooking up Duck Stroganoff, and Salmon cakes over crushed potato. Did I mention YOU get to taste this delicious, never before created dishes.
