Kid’s Make and Take with Chef Asata: Lasagna!
Let the kids make dinner! In this parent-and-me class, we will prepare a delectable lasagna from scratch (turkey or vegetable) with a fresh salad and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. Roll out fresh pasta sheets, build an herby tomato sauce and spike your lasagna with a lemon and basil-infused ricotta. Then build a beautiful salad and learn the secrets of a rich and creamy buttermilk ranch dressing. Pack up your meal to finish at home and enjoy a surprise snack that we’ll make during class.
