
Take a culinary journey through the Low Country with Gullah-Geechee Chef native, Pamela D. Jones, presenting us her authentic cuisine. We’ll welcome you to snack on her Carolina boiled peanuts. Then we’ll gather to help Pamela craft the elements of one of Gullah-Geechee’s traditional dinners – fried catfish, red rice (with beef sausage), collard greens (with smoked turkey) and cornbread. Finally, using her Mom’s recipe, Pamela will cook up blackberry dumplings. Yum! A perfect way to top of this rich, tasty dinner!
