Last night was the last of the gluten free baking series and it ended with a beautiful note. I had a small class with a beautiful couple Ben Smith and Jenn Carter. We made a flourless chocolate cake and red velvet cake which were both amazing. I shared the extras with Shelley Chapmans MastHERmind group and they also loved the cakes.
