Sushi 101: The Fundamentals

In this class, you will learn the fundamentals of sushi rice, slicing and rolling with bamboo mats that you’ll be able to take home with you as a parting gift. Yellowfin tuna, shrimp tempura, miso soup and fresh salad with homemade ginger dressing will all be featured as we prepare beautiful hand-made Japanese food art together. Of course, no sushi class would be complete without the traditional accompaniment of saki.

**Very important – because alcohol is being served as part of this menu, students under 21 will not be admitted to this class.  No exceptions.
