Come “chop it up” with Chef Eboni as you will learn to prepare an authentic N’awlins meal. from scratch. This class is highly interactive, as you will learn about “The Holy Trinity” – the base of New Orlean’s Cooking, how to make a roux and make your own seasoning mixes for your recipes…yeah, no prepackaged jar stuff in this class!
