You will learn how to how to cut and arrange crudite and accoutrements, plate like a catering chef and impress your friends, family and co-workers. You will be given a festive champagne cocktail upon arrival (Non-alcoholic version available upon request) but please feel free to BYOB and let’s toast to a low-stress holiday season!
