This Sunday December 4, Chef Hopeton will be leading his Culinary Arts and Excellence class from 2-4 pm at the Cooking School at Irwin Street. Students in this class will learn: Sauteeing, Poaching, Pan Roasting, Emulsification and Knife Skills under the tutalage of an amazing chef. In addition to hands on instruction students will also get to enjoy a delicious meal of Poached Chicken over Leeks with Sundried Tomato Hollandaise, Garlic Shrimp with Melted Romaine Lettuce and Shallots and Carmalized Apples with Petite French Toast and Jake’s Ice Cream.
