We start off the Saturday November 26 at 11 am with the first class in our Baking 201 series- Christmas gift making made simple with cookies and bars…and better, still…how to gift package them for the ultimate impact this holiday season
Also this Saturday we have two classes for the wee ones, Holiday Cookie Decorating for kids ages 8 and up beginning at 1pm and Mommy & Me Cookie Decorating for kids under 8 beginning at 3:30 pm. Both classes will be taught by our special guest instructor Mrs. Claus.
And our Culinary Arts & Excellence series will continue. This week Chef Hopeton will share 5 basic culinary skills to prepare a meal which you will also get to enjoy at the end of the class. You will learn how to: saute’ knife skills pan roasting emulsification poaching.
