Sip a glass of champagne, learn the difference between Hershey’s and Valrhona and make your own chocolate delights which might include mousse, chocolate covered bacon, truffles and cordials. Each instructor adds a special spin and then of course there is Jake’s Ice Creams at the end (chocolate or your choice)
