As a chef and food historian, Chef Christy’s Profile in Flavor classes offer a unique opportunity for students to learn to cook dishes from all over the globe while learning more about how the culture, geography and history of the country represented shapes the food it produces.  We offer at least one Profiles in Flavor class each month with cuisines and regions represented from Africa to Thailand.

Coming up in May, Chef Christy will repeat her very popular Profiles in Flavor: France class.  The menu will feature items for the many regions of France to include 5-7 courses made in class.
