Classes this week!

A super week starts off on Tuesday with Soup from Scratch with Chef Jake, learn to make a from scratch chicken soup, just in time for cold season. Class starts at 6:30 and there are still a couple of slots left. Visit our booking page here to schedule now!

Our next class is at 6:30 on Thursday – Pastabilities and we will be switching it up this week and making Gnocchi with a Sundried Tomato Pesto sauce. Class includes lesson on making your own fresh from scratch pasta and sauce to eat and enjoy. This class is BYOB so bring a bottle of wine to share and enjoy. And if you miss this class we will repeat the Gnocchi class on February 16 and also offer classes on making Ravioli on our schedule.

On Saturday we have two offerings, Basic Nutrition for Optimum Health with Chef Jennifer and Knife Skills with Chef Christie. In our Nutrition class at 3:30 we will be focusing on vegetables and grains prepared in unexpected ways. On the menu: Roasted Cauliflower and Brussels Sprouts, Brown Rice with Kale and Shallots, and a delicious layered salad with homemade vinaigrette.

Learn the most essential of culinary skills from the professional. Chef Christy will teach you how to choose, keep and fully utilize your knives. Use your new skillset to prepare a delicious recipe to enjoy in class.

Sunday offerings include Culinary Arts and Excellence with Chef Hopeton.
