Classes This Week

Our week starts off on Tuesday Soup From Scratch with Chef Jake at 6pm. Learn to make delicious, nutritious Chicken Soup, just in time for the cold and flu season.

Wednesday @ 6:30 we will be discovering the cuisine of India with Chef Jennifer’s Global Cuisine India. We will be making a vegetarian Indian meal of Kofta with Tomato Chutney, Rice Pilaf, and Gobi Aloo to serve with Naan and Chutney.

On Thursday @ 6 pm and Saturday @ 2 pm we have Pastabilities with Chef Jake. Learn how to make homemade ravioli stuffed with goat cheese and a vegetarian sauce. Bring your own wine to enjoy! Thursdays class will also be Gluten Free!

On Friday at 6 pm Chef Jake will lead Superfoods, Superfast, Supereasy. Make a home cooked meal that is super good for you…made w/ super foods…super fast & super easy? Absolutely! How about a beautiful salmon filet with braised kale and sweet potatoes…in 15 minutes? Students will prep, cook and sit down to enjoy this meal!

And this and every Sunday @ 2 pm we offer Culinary Arts and Excellence with Chef Hopeton. Learn 4 important culinary skills while preparing a full course meal with one of Atlanta’s most talented chefs. Students get to learn, eat and enjoy!

We wrap up the week with Profiles in Flavor, France with Chef Christy. This very popular class begins with a tour of France’s culinary regions, its geography and cultural influences from neighboring countries that all work to shape French gastronomy. Menu is 6 courses beginning with Gallete De Bretagne (buckwheat crepes) followed by Pan Bagnat (with Salad Niçoise)
Soup – Soupe à l’Ail aux Pommes de Terre (garlic saffron soup with potatoes and French bread)with a main course of Pappillote aux deux poissons (Pink and whiteFish* with vegetables baked in paper hearts) and much more….
