Title: Miss Yvonne’s Chicken & Waffles
Location: The Cooking School at Irwin Street Kitchen
Description: You know you love ’em and if you’ve never had ’em, Miss Yvonne is ready to take you to the “other” side with her delicious chicken and waffle recipe.
Students will learn how to enjoy one of the South’s naughtiest delicacies in the privacy of their own kitchens by coming and enjoying the giggling that ensues when such a dish is prepared.
Come hungry ’cause this is a serious cooking/eating experience. This is a no-holds-barred-gluten-and-calories-be damned class. And as always, this class is BYOB.
