MAKE IT, TAKE IT
Your culinary adventure begins at-table enjoying a sampling of the night’s menu. Class will then gather in the kitchen where your chef du jour will guide you through the techniques and tips to create the fare you just enjoyed! Together, we will MAKE IT – preparing the entree and side dish right up to the point where you can TAKE IT to your home- to finish cooking a fresh meal for family and friends, or freeze to finish and savor whenever it suits your busy lifestyle. Students are invited to bring and enjoy a little wine or beer with this class.

Note: please come prepared to transport raw ingredients home for Two Meals, following class.  Food storage containers and ice will be provided.
